Balboa Park Adopt-A-Plot

Coordinated through Friends of Balboa Park, interested parties for the “Adopt-A-Plot” program are encouraged to select a garden area in Balboa Park to design, plant, and maintain for a year. Plans are reviewed by park staff and modified as needed.  

The Bankers Hill Community Group "adopted" a plot in 2021. Independently raising funds and with the help of landscape architects we planted and continue to maintain this beautiful garden next to the Redwood Bridge Club on the West Mesa of Balboa Park near Sixth and Redwood.
